Shipping
We provide secure art shipping for all prints and framed artworks, to almost every country in the world. Original pieces are shipped within the continent of origin. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution. Orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 days and would after that arrive within 1 - 2 weeks in Europe and in 2-3 weeks in North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks). You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient shipping route, via DHL, TNT, UPS, Royal Mail, or Deutsche Post.
Please note that if the shipping address that you put in your order is incorrect, you will either need to go to that address to receive it or order again at your cost. Orders with the wrong address can not be issued, replaced, or refunded.
Returns
Most art prints and framed works sold by SWELL ART are “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, SWELL ART does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for these orders. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@swell-art.com
Returns of original pieces
We want you to be content with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the piece in its original packaging within 30 days. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued to the payment method that was used at your order. If you want to return an original piece, contact us at hello@swell-art.com and we will inform you about the specifics.
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will look for a solution and if possible, replace the artwork, free of cost. If we are unable to replace the artwork, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@swell-art.com with your name and order number, and we will look for a solution.
Customs
We have duty-free delivery to the US, UK and EU.
However, if, in the very unlikely situation, your deliveries are subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country, SWELL ART will not be responsible for these charges, they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
